The Horrific Discovery

Upon finishing his five-on-five basketball games at his church gym, Dave drove five minutes to his home, raised the garage door, and saw his half-clad wife Kim, laying on the floor, next to the car, with her head lying in a large pool of blood. Racing to her and recognizing that she was dead, his next frantic thoughts were of his son Brad and daughter Jill. He found both in the backseat of his wife’s car, which, strangely, had Kim’s shoes sitting neatly on top of it.

Jill had been shot through the head, as had her mother; Brad, however, had no head wound, and Dave, thinking his son had a chance at life, removed his son from the car and performed CPR on him, but sadly to no avail.

Dave then ran into his house and called his former police officer friends for help.
